Male/Female Boxing Classes – What to Expect


Male/Female boxing classes by FFN are fun, fast paced, and a great way to burn fat and improve your overall health and fitness.

boxing classes offer extensive training so whether you’re training to become the next champ or to simply get fit, our boxing classes are a great way to stay healthy and get in shape while learning the skills and techniques required to go toe to toe with any opponent.

These mixed boxing classes run every Monday to Thursday and are programmed by former Irish Boxing Champion Conor Ahern and Joeseph Clifford B.S.C. Together their experience allows them to create a fully comprehensive boxing programme complete with nutrition and diet planning to help you get in the best shape possible quickly and efficiently.

Classes consist of many different elements including Weight Training, Core Work, Cardio, Strength/Conditioning, TRX, Battle Ropes, correct boxing techniques, Footwork, Bag/Pad work. We also teach Mayweather pads.
